By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the other policies posted on the website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Pickup Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

About Heritage Home Supply

Heritage Home Supply is an authorized retailer of Little Greene Paint & Paper.

Products purchased through this website are sold by Heritage Home Supply. Shipped orders may be fulfilled and dispatched through Little Greene’s authorized U.S. fulfillment and distribution network.

Website Information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, images, and other website information accurate and current.

However, product information, availability, lead times, packaging, and pricing may change. We may correct an error before an order is fulfilled. If a correction materially affects your order, we will contact you when reasonably possible.

The information on this website is provided for general shopping and product-guidance purposes. It does not replace advice from a qualified painter, wallpaper installer, contractor, designer, or other professional familiar with your specific project.

Colours and Product Appearance

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, browser, lighting, surrounding materials, surface, and application method.

Digital images are intended as a guide and cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

We strongly recommend reviewing a physical Colour Card and testing a Sample Pot in the intended space before ordering full-size paint.

Customers are responsible for confirming the final colour, finish, size, quantity, wallpaper design, colourway, and product selection before placing an order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it has been accepted.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, availability, verification, and acceptance by Heritage Home Supply.

We may decline, limit, correct, or cancel an order before fulfillment if: A product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, order information is incomplete or incorrect, fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, a pricing, product, or website error has occurred.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order-related fees may be added during checkout.

The final amount shown and accepted during checkout will apply to the order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or calculation error.

Payment

Payments are processed through Squarespace and an independent third-party payment processor.

Heritage Home Supply does not store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

Payment information is handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy, security practices, and terms.

Paint Orders

Little Greene paint is tinted specifically for each order.

Because paint is tinted to order, all paint sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange, including unopened or unused paint.

Paint may be eligible for replacement or refund only if it arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is verified as faulty under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Sample Pots

All Sample Pots are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when damaged, incorrect, or verified as faulty.

Sample Pots are intended to help customers evaluate colour. The final appearance may vary depending on lighting, surface, preparation, surrounding materials, and application.

Wallpaper Orders

Wallpaper is ordered specifically for each customer.

All wallpaper sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including unopened or unused rolls.

Customers are responsible for confirming the wallpaper design, colourway, roll size, quantity, pattern repeat, and installation requirements before ordering.

We recommend consulting a professional wallpaper installer before ordering to confirm the number of rolls required.

Colour Cards and Colour Tools

One standard Colour Card may be offered complimentary, subject to availability.

Complimentary Colour Cards have no cash value.

Purchased Colour Cards, fandecks, colour albums, wallpaper samples, and other colour tools are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when damaged or incorrect.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping charges, processing estimates, tracking, and local pickup procedures are explained in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Heritage Home Supply does not provide local delivery within the Chicago area.

Orders designated for local pickup must be collected from Heritage Home Supply after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing schedules, fulfillment delays, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

Please wait until your products have arrived and have been inspected before scheduling painters, decorators, installers, or other project work.

Changes and Cancellations

Paint tinting, wallpaper ordering, and fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within five business days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must retain the affected product, product labels, shipping carton, and packaging until the claim has been reviewed and instructions have been provided.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, shipping, pickup, and order information.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing order confirmations and promptly reporting any errors.

Unless Heritage Home Supply has agreed in writing to provide installation or another professional service, the customer and their contractor or installer are responsible for: Measurements and quantity calculation, surface preparation, product suitability, application and installation, site conditions, maintenance, compliance with applicable building codes and requirements.

Third-Party Services and Websites

This website may use or link to services operated by Squarespace, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, Little Greene, and other independent companies.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Heritage Home Supply is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

The original text, layout, graphics, photography, logos, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Heritage Home Supply and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
